NELGOTEA fragrance was founded by Mrs. Ogochukwu Ojukwu, a perfumery enthusiast with a passion for finding unique fragrances that evoke emotions and spark memories. With her sharp sense for scents that fit everyone and her passion for making people happy and pleased in them self . We are located at Block 8 Shop 351 , Progressive Market Trade Fair , Lagos, Nigeria.
